Brexit Statement

We are Brexit Ready.
It has always been the intention of MIS Claims Limited to
have a branch in the Republic of Ireland supporting our customers and to
improve our physical presence in the Irish Market, with Brexit pending our
plans have been brought forward. We are delighted to announce we have created a
new company MIS Underwriting Limited based in Dundalk and have completed the
registration process with the Central Bank of Ireland as a Retail Intermediary.
To ensure a smooth continuation of service all customers in the Republic of
Ireland will be transferred to MIS Underwriting Limited. MIS can confirm that
irrespective of the outcome of Brexit our UK based office ensures personal data
handling and transfers are conducted and managed in a way that is at all times
protected to the equivalence of the GDPR required by EU law.
